Canva License Agreement

1. Grant of Licence
The Northern Block Ltd. (“Licensor”) grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to upload the selected font weights to one Canva account for use in creating editable designs for a single brand or project.

2. Permitted Uses
The Licensee may:
a) upload the licensed fonts to one Canva account controlled by the Licensee or their client;
b) create editable social-media templates, layouts, and design assets within Canva;
c) export unlimited static images and videos from Canva;
d) use the licensed fonts in commercial work related to the licensed project.

3. Restrictions
The Licensee may not:
a) upload the fonts to more than one Canva account;
b) use the fonts for additional brands or projects not covered by this licence;
c) redistribute, sublicense, or resell the fonts or any template containing the fonts;
d) make the fonts available in any public Canva library, shared template marketplace, or online generator;
e) share the font files with any third party except the end client named in the invoice.

4. Additional Licences Required
Separate licences are required for:
– additional Canva accounts
– additional brands or projects
– white-label or reseller usage
– multi-user/studio environments

5. Ownership
The fonts remain the exclusive property of The Northern Block Ltd.

6. Term
This licence is lifetime, with no renewal fees, and applies only to the project named on the invoice.
